展会日常英语接待话术

我们在展会上日常遇到外国客户时常会不知所措,不知道第一句话说什么才能吸引到客户的注意,下面整理了一些接待客户的日常用语话术,让我们展商也能脱口而出,琅琅上口。话术如下:

​一、开场话术(Opening & Icebreaking)​​

​​1.初次接触​​

"Welcome to [Company Name]’s booth! I’m [Your Name]. May I know which products caught your eye?"(配合递宣传册)

"Is this your first time at Canton Fair? Our new [Product] solves [Industry Pain Point] – may I show you a demo?" 

2.​​老客户回访​​

"Great to see you again, Mr./Ms. [Name]! We’ve upgraded the [Feature] you mentioned last time – want to test it now?"

关键提问技巧​:

关键引导​​:"Many clients in [客户行业] struggle with  high energy costs]. Is this a challenge for you?" 

​决策因素​​:"When choosing suppliers, do you prioritize ​​quality control standards​​ or ​​flexible payment terms​​?" 

​​预估需求​​:"What’s your ​​average monthly order volume​​ for [Product Type]? This helps us tailor solutions."

 三、产品演示(Product Demonstration)​​

"This model holds ​​CE/FDA certifications​​ (展示证书), and its ​​patented [Technology]​​ reduces failure rates by 90%." 

"You mentioned needing (定制个性化需求). We offer ​​free logo engraving​​ – see this sample customized for (知名客户)!"
