展会日常英语接待话术
我们在展会上日常遇到外国客户时常会不知所措,不知道第一句话说什么才能吸引到客户的注意,下面整理了一些接待客户的日常用语话术,让我们展商也能脱口而出,琅琅上口。话术如下:
一、开场话术(Opening & Icebreaking)
1.初次接触
"Welcome to [Company Name]’s booth! I’m [Your Name]. May I know which products caught your eye?"(配合递宣传册)
"Is this your first time at Canton Fair? Our new [Product] solves [Industry Pain Point] – may I show you a demo?"
2.老客户回访
"Great to see you again, Mr./Ms. [Name]! We’ve upgraded the [Feature] you mentioned last time – want to test it now?"
二、需求挖掘(Needs Identification)
关键提问技巧:
关键引导:"Many clients in [客户行业] struggle with high energy costs]. Is this a challenge for you?"
决策因素:"When choosing suppliers, do you prioritize quality control standards or flexible payment terms?"
预估需求:"What’s your average monthly order volume for [Product Type]? This helps us tailor solutions."
三、产品演示(Product Demonstration)
"This model holds CE/FDA certifications (展示证书), and its patented [Technology] reduces failure rates by 90%."
"You mentioned needing (定制个性化需求). We offer free logo engraving – see this sample customized for (知名客户)!"
